Ballot closed on Thurs and confirmation is meant to be going out this week

Rang the ticket office, all unsuccessful applicants will have had their email saying as much by 11 this morning

I got for a friend through the ballot for the Ars game and I received an email from the tkt office confirming the seat nos and cost so I assume the same with this?

I thought that the successful email I had received just meant that they had received my application and that they would let me know if I had a ticket on 30th.......
